Terms of use
These terms describe what you can expect from PsychicRank, and what we expect in return. They apply every time you visit the site, so please read them in full before using any of our reviews or following a link to a third-party service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing PsychicRank.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
2. Who we are and what the Site is
PsychicRank is an independent editorial publication that reviews and ranks online psychic reading services. The rankings, scores, written reviews, comparison tables and FAQs you see on the Site reflect the opinions of our editors, based on hands-on testing, publicly available information about each service, and verified feedback from real users. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee that any provider will deliver a particular outcome.
3. Informational and entertainment use only
Psychic readings, tarot, astrology and mediumship are offered for personal insight and entertainment. Content on PsychicRank - and the services we link to - is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified advice. If you are facing a health issue, a legal dispute or a financial decision, please consult a licensed professional. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or any third-party service linked from it.
4. Our affiliate relationships
PsychicRank is reader-supported. When you click through to a provider featured on the Site and sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions fund the research and writing you see here. They do not influence our editorial judgement: rankings and scores are decided by our editors based on testing, not by how much a provider pays. 5. Third-party services
Links on the Site marked as sponsored or affiliate take you to services operated by independent companies. Once you leave PsychicRank, your use of those services is governed entirely by the third party's own terms, privacy policy, pricing, refund rules and conduct policies. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the availability, accuracy, billing practices or conduct of any third-party service, advisor or reader. Any dispute arising from a reading, a charge, or a customer-service issue is between you and the third party.
6. Intellectual property
All content on PsychicRank - including text, layout, graphics, logos, rankings, scoring methodology, and compiled data - is owned by PsychicRank or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, mirror or build a derivative product from our content without prior written permission. Brand names, logos and trademarks belonging to third-party services are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
7. Your use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful personal purposes. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, introduce malware, interfere with its operation, scrape or automate requests at a volume that affects other users, or use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or the rights of others. We may suspend or block access for any user who violates these terms, without notice.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive to keep our reviews accurate and our offers current, but we do not warrant that every detail on the Site will be free from error, that the Site will always be available, or that any particular provider will continue to offer the pricing, promotions or features described on the date you read about them. Always confirm pricing and terms on the provider's own website before booking.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychicRank, its owners, editors, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any third-party service you reach through the Site. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PsychicRank and its editors from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your interaction with any third-party service you reach through the Site.
11. Changes to the Site
We may add, modify or remove content, features or pages at any time, without notice. We may also stop publishing the Site altogether. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such change or discontinuation.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
